GTC myStrom Shop Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery

  1. Scope of Application, General

    These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Supply of myStrom apply to all transactions (in particular the purchase of products or ordering of services), which customers conclude with myStrom AG (hereinafter referred to as “myStrom”) online on They apply in addition to the terms and conditions accepted in the context of the purchase or subscription such as the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) and shall prevail in the event of any deviations.

    All prices include VAT.

  2. Orders

    For all orders, it is assumed that the ordered devices will be used only in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The products and services offered by myStrom are always subject to change without notice. The purchase is only concluded after the customer has been sent a confirmation e-mail. The price for the purchases made is due at the time of ordering.

    myStrom can only supply the individual items while stocks last. Should there be any delays in delivery, the customer shall be informed thereof as quickly as possible. In this case, the customer has the option of immediately cancelling the order in question. myStrom may prescribe quantity and volume limits per order.

    The customer shall provide information that is true and correct. Persons under 18 years or persons who have no legal capacity confirm by means of their order that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardians for the transaction in question.

    The records of myStrom in respect of the orders made by customers are deemed to be correct, if the clarifications by myStrom do not reveal any indications of corresponding errors.

  3. Confidentiality of Customer Data, Data Protection

    When processing personal data, myStrom shall observe the Swiss Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act. myStrom attaches great importance to the protection of the private sphere of the customer and specifically data protection.

    For customers to be able to order, purchase or change products and services via the Internet, myStrom must record the personal data of the customer. Only in this way can myStrom adjust and improve its offering and services on an ongoing basis to the needs of its customers. myStrom may use customer information for internal marketing purposes.

    Special data protection provisions in other parts of the contract remain reserved.

  4. Place of Jurisdiction, Applicable Law

    Contracts concluded online are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Berne. Other courts may have jurisdiction under mandatory law.

  5. Product purchases

    5.1 Shipping method

    myStrom ships orders by standard shipping.

    5.2 Shipping costs

    The shipping and packaging costs for orders on are:
    CHF 8.00 (standard shipping)

    Packaging and shipping are free of charge from a shopping basket value of CHF 80.–

    5.3 Delivery periods

    Normal post: Orders received by 12 noon will be processed on the same day and then handed to the logistics partner.

    5.4 Return conditions

    In addition to the guarantee, the customer has a right of return for the purchased items – unless the products are marked as excluded from the right of return – of 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the delivered items are:
    – undamaged
    – functional
    – complete
    – original packaging (incl. documentation and delivery note)

    Devices which are sold as “refurbished” at a lower price are excluded from the right of return.

    Shipping risks and costs are borne by the customer.
    In the event of a return, the purchase price will be credited to the customer’s means of payment with which he paid for his order.

  6. Warranty

    myStrom grants a warranty of 24 months on all devices from the date of sale. If defects occur, you can contact myStrom customer service.
    In the event of a defect, myStrom can provide its warranty services by replacing the device with an equivalent one or by replacing or repairing the defect. myStrom can replace defective parts with new parts or parts in mint condition. The replaced parts become the property of myStrom. If myStrom provides a guarantee, myStrom grants a guarantee of 6 months on the repaired or replaced device; if the original guarantee period lasts even longer, this applies. These warranty periods are neither interrupted nor restarted by any warranty services.

  7. Restrictions

    The warranty does not extend to operating and consumable materials such as batteries, rechargeable batteries or information carriers (e.g. operating instructions in paper form) and also not to defects due to normal wear and tear, improper handling and intentional or negligent damage by the buyer or third parties. It also does not extend to defects which are due to the effect of moisture or other external influences (fall, pressure or impact damage including transport damage) or due to overloading by connected consumers. The guarantee expires in the event of interventions that are not carried out by myStrom or without its consent.

  8. Methods of Payment

    Payment is only possible with electronic means of payment.
    myStrom has no access whatsoever to confidential information regarding the means of payment used. The data of the selected electronic payment method is not stored by myStrom. The information entered is encrypted and transmitted via a secure connection without myStrom or third parties being able to access it.
